Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.

4. Warranty Policy

All products come with a 1-year warranty (manufacturer or Jahnvi Enterprises warranty depending on the product).

Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover physical damage, misuse, or wear & tear.
5. Important Notes

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and bills.
