1. Return Policy

• Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective / Not working on arrival

  • Wrong product delivered

2. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.

• Expected delivery time: 5 to 7 business days, depending on location.

4. Warranty Policy

• All products come with a 1-year warranty (manufacturer or Jahnvi Enterprises warranty depending on the product).

• Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover physical damage, misuse, or wear & tear.

5. Important Notes

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and bills.

• Jahnvi Enterprises reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
